Donald Albert (D.A.) Weibring
Chairman
DA founded the D.A. Weibring/Golf Resources Group, Inc., in 1987 and currently serves as the chairman. He is a 30-year veteran of PGA Tour and Champions Tour. Throughout his career he has earned 13 Tour victories worldwide. While playing, he also sits on the Champions Tour Board of Directors (2007, 2008), the Champions Tour Players Advisor Council (2004, 2006, 2009, 2010), and the North Texas PGA Advisory Board (2000 – 2010). In 2002 he was voted Best Golf Course Architect by Avid Golfer Magazine. He was inducted into Illinois PGA Hall of Fame in 2001 and is an Illinois State University graduate.

Bill Kirkendall
CEO
Bill joined the Golf Resources Group, Inc. in 2006. Throughout his 25 years as a sporting goods industry executive, he has served as President and CEO of these privately held companies: Etonic, Tretorn, Puma, Orlimar Golf and Pure Motion Inc. For five years he has been a business consultant specializing in business turnaround, strategic planning, operational improvement, sales and marketing strategies and interim executive management. Since 2001, Bill has been on the Board of Directors for Finish Line and NASDQ FNIL. Finish Line is a 750 store specialty mall retailer. He also currently is a chair on the audit committee and currently chairs the compensation committee.

Dan Budzius
President
Dan has over 20 years golf operations experience and 10 years experience with Troon Golf, the leader in upscale golf management. In 2003, Budzius was named the Troon Golf General Manager of the Year. He has served as Area Managing Director for Troon Golf Colorado and Mexico. With Troon Golf International has been an operations consultant in Europe performing due diligence on a portfolio of golf courses. His previous positions include General Manager of Quintero Golf & Country Club and the Anthem Golf & Country Club.

Steve Wolfard
Lead Golf Course Architect
Steve joined Golf Resources Group, Inc. in 1997 and has been associated with the Jack Nicklaus organization for 13 years. He has designed golf courses with golfing legends Johnny Miller and Fred Couples. He has a broad range of experience including course construction superintendent, site coordinator and design associate. He holds a degree in Agronomy from Texas A&M.

Don Armstrong
Agronomist
Don was a founding member of the Golf Resources Group in 1987. He served as the golf course superintendent at the prestigious Colonial Country Club, Fort Worth , Texas and participated in the preparation of the golf course for 6 PGA Tour events. As the agronomist for Golf Resources he provided consulting services throughout the United States , Japan and Scotland . In this role he has consulted on a number of top golf courses including the TPC at Deere Run, Loch Lomand, The Boulders, Troon & Troon North and the TPC Las Colinas. Don holds a degree in Agronomy from Virginia Tech.
